Buttermilk Chicken Sandwich

This Buttermilk Chicken Sandwich will make summertime picnics fun and will be easy for you to pull together ahead of time in a flash. Chicken sandwiches are great for fellowship time at church or a Saturday afternoon with family and friends.

Ingredients Needed For This Recipe: 

Chicken Breast ( Boneless/Skinless)

Oil ( We use Avacodo or Coconut Oil)

Flour

Eggs

Buttermilk

Rolls

 

 

Steps To Making This Recipe: 

 

 

Take the chicken breasts and use a meat mallet to flatten the breast. Use a knife to cut the chicken to fit on a bun.

 

 

Soak the chicken breasts in buttermilk for 15-20 minutes. Dredge the chicken breast in flour. Then dip the chicken breasts in the beaten eggs. Then dredge in flour a second time. 

 

 

Now you are ready to heat oil in a skillet on medium heat. Once heated cook chicken breast in the oil until golden brown on each side & reaches 165 degrees. 

 

Toss on a bun. Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • • 1 cup flour
